Monday Favorites

Hello all! It has been way too long since my last post, but here I am going to try this whole blogging thing again and try my best to be more consistent! There has been so much I have done, experienced, seen, and liked since then so little by little I will start sharing things that I have done in the past and of course all of my future stories. This blog was never had a theme to where it is only about a certain topic, this for me is a place where I can just share ideas, events, things I like and DIY projects and would like to keep it the same. So here I go...starting back with my Monday Favorites!

I have always been scared of online shopping, more due to the fact of my body type and me liking to try things on before purchasing, but I stumbled across this advertisement on Instagram for a clothing site called Roolee. Most of their clothes are modeled by two ladies of different sizes, which for me helps to imagine how it would look like on myself.

So I purchased this little number at the beginning of August.  I wore it this past week to school to test it out and I am in love with the burnt orange color with white polka dots, it also has pockets! It is a long dress which is something I usually wouldn't purchase but I am in love with everything about it and if you've heard about Afterpay this is an option on the site.

(Roolee/$62.00)
This one I have worn serval times already and is definitely one of my favorites at the moment!
   (Roolee/$49.99)

Now to switch gears, I am in a book club with two of my friends Casie and Karla and we take turns choosing what we will be reading. We started off by trying to do it monthly, but with our schedules we are now just going with the flow, but this last book was chosen by Karla and it was "The Silent Patient" by Alex Michaelides, it is a must read! If you are looking for a good book check it out! The link takes you straight to amazon. Also, if you are a Audiobook listener like me, it is also available. I am a picky person when it comes to the voices though, but when I saw that Louise Brealey was narrating it, I was excited to listen! If you've seen Sherlock from BBC and/or The Discovery of Witches series she is a character from both, so if you choose the audio book version for it you'll recognize the voice right away!

Also I am currently watching...well currently finally watching, because I am late to the party with this show. I actually probably would not have started watching if it was not for these two guys getting fans excited about maybe coming back to do the show again. Which was hilarious because they just partnered up to make "Dos Hombres" Mezcal.
(All 5 seasons currently on Netflix)

Wishing all a very happy Monday,
Rebecca O.
