Hi Folks, I hope everyone had an awesome Christmas

with family and friends. I know I did spending quality time

with family and eating lots of yummy food.

Now it is time to make plans for 2012 and say goodbye to 2011.

I've always been bad at keeping my New Year Resolutions,

but with a little help from

A Beautiful Mess blog post on 

5 Tips for Making and Keeping Your New Year's Resolution,

I'm going to accomplish my goals for 2012. 

Here are a few:

1. Open BHYL Crafts on Etsy

2. Start my Blocks for the Education Program for Fall

3. Save $$$

and etc.

I'm still working on my list.

Downtown Adventure

This past Tuesday I woke up to be at school at 7 AM

for some extra studying before my final with a classmate.

The sun was not out yet and it was very gloomy.

I have to say I've never been to school so early.

But it was well worth it, I made an A in the class

so to celebrate a few classmates & I went for some breakfast!

These guys never riden the MetroRail before so I had to caputure the moment.

We also stopped by the underground tunnel to admire the tree.

Finally the sky started to clear and it was not as gloomy.

I have to stay this semester was stressful, but barable 

because I meet these guys, there were the best classmates and group I've ever had.

Last Post of 2010

Hi Everyone! I hope all had a wonderful Christmas and is going to have an awesome night tonight to celebrate the New Year tomorrow. I really can not believe how fast this year has passed by. I have a few things to catch up on, haven't posted anything for a little over a week. So hear it goes:

Movies
I am a huge movie addict,  this month my movie buddy(brother) & I have seen Tron, Chronicles of Narnia; The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, Little Fockers, & Tourist (Click titles to see Trailers). I give a two thumbs up for all the movies, except for Tourist (maybe because I not a Angelina Jolie fan, but that is just me).

Music
Continuing on to MUSIC for this month, which not a playlist but more of whole albums. This months addictions are the following: Foals: Total Life Forever, Jr.: One, Jesse McCartney: Departure & Mumford & Sons: Sigh No More (Click tiles to give them a listen).

Christmas!
For Christmas this year I think the whole family cheated. In my family we celebrate Christmas Eve & Day. On Christmas Eve we all have dinner together and play games/talk while we wait till midnight to open gifts, but will ended up some how opening them way before 12. I got these awesome earring from my sister & future brother-in-law(The Future Holtkamp's). 

From Figs & Ginger

My brother got me "I am Number Four (Lorien Legacies)" book by: Pittacus Lore, which I got before Christmas & I read 4 days. Oh and Despicable Me (the cutest movie of 2010 I have to say).

My parents who I love dearly bought me the new iPhone 32GB got part of my birthday & part Christmas because it was a bit pricey. I also got to keep Todd as the rest of the half of my Christmas, which I was a happy camper. Then they got me this cute sock monkey so I could have something to open at midnight. I love my parents.

New Years Resolution

I've been thinking about this for a while now and I have come up blank. Why is it so difficult??  What are some your New Years Resolutions?

Secret Santa

Happy Friday EVERYONE! Only a week away from Christmas, is it just me that this month is passing by super fast? Anyways today is the fileroom Secret Santa, from the top left is my co-worker Dora who got two bottles of alcohol. I had her & of course it was a dead giveaway that I was her Secret Santa all week, since all my gifts were crafty (I really do not know how to be crafty), next its my little friend Krystin who received Margarita cups & mix, then it's me I got an awesome purse from my little friend she said she knew it was me & last but not least my pregnant co-worker Monica C. & she received really cute baby outfits. Also today is the Firm Christmas Party and they are having raffles & I am crossing my fingers  I get something.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful December and is in the Christmas spirit. Houston weather is crazy right now so sometimes it does not even feel like it, but through all this craziness I'm hoping it gets weirder and snows like last year, preferably on the weekend, pls. & thank you.
